AI · Voice Does Nira actually respond, or does it just draft? +

Both, and you pick. By default Nira drafts every reply and you approve with a tap. For 4 and 5 star reviews you can turn on auto response so positive replies send without you lifting a finger. Negative reviews always hold for your eyes.

Billing What does the $0.75 auto response charge cover? +

Every reply Nira sends on auto approve. It is completely optional. If you leave auto response off, you only pay your monthly subscription and approve every reply yourself for free. If you turn it on, Nira replies to new reviews automatically in your brand voice and you are billed $0.75 per reply Nira sends. You can toggle the feature on or off from Settings anytime. You never pay for drafts you do not send, and you never pay for replies you wrote yourself.

Billing What happens to my review history if I cancel? +

After cancellation, account data is retained for up to 30 days for reactivation, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. After that, data is deleted from active systems or anonymized unless we are required to retain it longer. You can request earlier deletion any time by emailing privacy@niralabs.ai. Product Which platforms does Nira monitor today? +

Google Business Profile and Yelp on every plan. TripAdvisor on Growth and up (restaurants and hotels). We are reviewing additional platforms for future releases. Custom platform connections available on Scale.

Product What is Google Visibility and what does it actually show me? +

Google Visibility tracks where you rank on Google Maps for the keywords customers search to find businesses like yours. Nira shows your rank, who beats you, where they win across your city, and exactly what it takes to move into the Top 3. You see your competitive position week over week, color coded by tier (top 3 green, mid pack yellow, lower orange, weak red), so you immediately know where you stand. Available on Growth and Scale.

Product How does Nira track Google rankings, and how accurate are they? +

Nira queries Google Maps every week from your business's actual pin coordinates, simulating exactly what a customer in your area sees when they search your keywords. Results reflect real local search rankings within a 3 to 6 mile radius depending on tier. Rankings shift naturally over time based on Google's algorithm, your competitors' activity, and your own review velocity. Nira tracks the trend so you see what is working.

Product Can I choose the keywords Nira tracks? +

Yes. Up to 3 keywords on Growth, unlimited on Scale. When you connect, Nira auto generates starter keywords based on your business category (a ramen restaurant gets "ramen near me," a plumber gets "emergency plumber," and so on). From your dashboard you can edit, delete, or add your own. Each keyword tracks weekly across the neighborhoods Nira monitors for you.

Product Does Google Visibility work for non restaurant businesses? +

Yes. Google Visibility works for any local business that customers find on Google Maps. Hotels, salons, med spas, dental offices, plumbers, auto repair, fitness studios, retail brands, and more. Nira's keyword generator adapts to your category automatically. If you operate a category we have not seen yet, you can add custom keywords from your dashboard.

AI · Voice How does Nira learn my brand voice? +

You answer a 6 question voice quiz during setup, and Nira reads your last 20 published replies if you have them. After that, every approval teaches Nira your preferences. Most owners tell us replies feel "right" by week two.

Security Is my data secure? +

We use industry standard security measures designed to protect customer data, including encryption in transit and access controls. Our security program is continuously reviewed and improved. We never sell your data and we never use it to train public AI models. For the full picture see our security and privacy practices.

Billing How long until I see value after signing up? +

Five minutes to connect your Google account. Within an hour Nira has ingested your full review history and drafted replies to anything unanswered. Most owners send their first batch of approved replies on day one.

Billing Do I get a refund if I cancel mid month? +

No partial refunds. If you cancel during a paid month, you keep access until the next billing date and you are not charged for the following month. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. If you reactivate within 30 days, your account picks up where you left off. After 30 days your data is deleted or anonymized per our retention policy.

Product Can Nira handle multiple business locations? +

Yes. Essentials covers one location. Growth covers up to two. Scale starts at three locations and goes up from there with custom refresh cadences, portfolio level reporting that compares performance across all your locations, team seats with role based access, and white glove onboarding. Security Do I need to give Nira my Google login or my password? +

Never your password. Nira uses OAuth, the same secure sign in flow Google built for third party apps. You authorize Nira to read your reviews and post your approved replies, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings. We never see your password and we never store it.

AI · Voice What if a review needs a real human response, not AI? +

Nira flags reviews that need human judgment and waits for you. Anything legal sounding ("we are suing"), anything ambiguous, anything mentioning a specific staff member by name with a complaint, anything where the right answer is not obvious. You see them in your review queue and write the reply yourself. Nira's job is to handle the volume so you can spend your time on the reviews that actually need you.
